who I am
I am a follower of Jesus, husband, father, and licensed therapist. I read, listen, and have lived a lot. I love learning wherever I can find it: whether it be from conversation, books, or Jiu Jitsu. People ask me for guidance about some of the most important parts of their lives. These are some things I've learned along the way. One section of my website is devoted to walking through Hurricane Helene. Mind & Organizational Health are also interests of mine.
